  • Project Overview:  New 61,000 sf, 2-story elementary school featuring a progressive, earth conscience green design.  Environmentally friendly aspects of the school include a geothermal heating/cooling system, state-of-the-art interior lighting controls, natural day-lighting skylights, and high efficiency spray foam insulation in the walls. 
  • Contracting Method:  Nunn provided preconstruction and construction management services for this project.
