  • Project Overview:  A complete redevelopment of the existing Golden High School site to include a new school campus consisting of Academic Building, (Administrative office, Classrooms, Library, Art Area, and Science Labs).  Total combined new construction of 194,000 sf.
  • Contracting Method:  Nunn provided preconstruction and construction management services for this project.
