WESTERN STATE COLLEGE OF COLORADO - NEW COLLEGE CENTER IN GUNNISON, COLORADO 

The new building is a 70,000 SF, two-story, LEED GOLD building in the heart of the Western State College Campus.  The College center is home to several college departments, including Student Life, Student Government Association, Multicultural Offices, and Wilderness Pursuits.  In addition, the College Center has a retail dining facility, gaming center and billiards, the college bookstore, a full student cafeteria with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and servicing facilities, and a movie theater called the "Ruby Cinema" for first run movie releases which seats 200.  The project was designed by Slaterpaull Architects and WTW Architects.
