PROJECT:  WESTERN STATE COLLEGE OF COLORADO - NEW STUDENT UNION FACILITY
 
Location:  Gunnison, Colorado
 
Owner:  Western State College of Colorado
 
Architect:  SlaterPaull Architects
 
Project Overview:   The 70,000 sf. New Student Union Facility includes offices, meeting rooms, a new ballroom, open lounge space, a theater, retail space, and dining facilities.
This project is LEED Gold and was completed in December 2009.
 
Contracting Method:  Nunn provided preconstruction and construction management services for this project.
