Reception/CRM Specialist – Colorado Springs, CO

This individual will provide critical systems management support and serve as the first impression for all clients and visitors.

This is a full-time position based out of our Colorado Springs office. Interfacing with the entire company, this position is structured within the BD/Marketing department & under the direction of our Business Development Director. This person will embody the Nunn Construction’s culture and values, being able to effectively convey externally WHO WE ARE!
Reception & Clerical Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and employees; set the tone for a positive first impression as an engaging representative, whether in person or on the telephone.
- Always keep the office neat and professional, including entry, kitchen, and conference areas.
- Manage conference room calendar for meetings/events – Order Meals, etc. as needed. Serve as greeter for special events or meetings
- Ordering & managing office & kitchen supplies. Keep supplies and equipment stocked and ready to use.
- Coordinate services calls: telephones, cleaning service, HVAC, etc.
- Sort/distribute mail daily. Create shipments via USPS, UPS & Fed-Ex; maintain equipment and supplies.
- Additional administrative duties as needed
CRM database input & information management:
- Maintain systems to regularly update information as related to companies, contacts, projects and opportunities.
- Work with business development leaders to help manage seller-doer schedules to maintain regular client interactions, and log activities into the CRM.
- Maintain systems to extract, categorize, and retrieve information related to clients, consultants, personnel, activities, and mailing lists. Generate reports at regular intervals.
- Gather research data related to clients; competitors; past, current, and prospective markets; and relevant corporate experience
- Monitor public sources of information and share information with the business development team.
Requirements:
- MUST be dependable & punctual
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with computers and general office software to include Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel,
- Experience in a CRM; Unanet or other is a plus
- Organizational and customer service skills
- Must have empathy, patience, and enthusiasm
- Attention to detail a MUST
Compensation:
Receptionist – $18-$20.00/ per hour (depending on experience)
Benefits:
- Medical/Vision & Dental – eligible first of the month after 60 days of employment
- Paid Time Off (PTO) – 3 weeks per year of PTO once accrued at 2.31 hours per week, beginning at time of employment
- Paid Holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2), Christmas
- 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan – eligible the first month after six months of employment. Employer match of up to 4%.
- Short/Long Term Disability – eligible the first month after six months of employment
- Fiscal Year End Bonus – Normally ranging 0- 15% of annual salary dependent on profitability of company and individual performance. First year bonus will be prorated based on months of service.
