On Thursday September 22nd, 2016 Nunn Constructions’ very own, Ms. Berni Mount, became president of the National Association of Women in Construction – Pikes Peak Chapter #356! NAWIC Pikes Peak Chapter 356 has become a well-respected organization in the local construction industry, reaching out to the community in many ways. Berni has been a member of the NAWIC organization since 2009 and has since served on the board as Recording Secretary, as a Director and currently as President. Berni believes that NAWIC is a great organization and has truly enjoyed being a part of it. Every year, Berni is heavily involved with organizing Colorado Construction Career Days, Block Kids Building Competition, CAD/Hand-Drafting Competition, NAWIC Founders’ Scholarships, Sprit Awards and Build It Up – Sponsorship Program. Nunn Construction is extremely proud of Berni Mount and we wish her the best of luck and continued success with the Pikes Peak Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction!
