Putting Your Mission First
Nunn works alongside non-profit and faith-based organizations to maximize their contribution to communities across Colorado.
Non-profits are the people on the ground, serving our community and creating a dynamic place to call home. While each organization has its own needs and goals, all require a dedicated team to help achieve success.
Nunn is honored to work alongside non-profit and faith-based organizations to maximize their contribution to communities across Colorado. We continue to be competitive in this market, maximizing value and participation for your donor-supported budget.
Stewarding Funds, Maximizing Impact
By focusing on good stewardship and complete financial transparency we help organizations make an economic, social and spiritual impact.
We expertly navigate the multiple layers of decision makers for any non-profit project and specialize in working within budget constraints and caps as determined by boards and donors. Whether a building or land has been newly donated, needs a significant upgrade, or we are starting from scratch, we want to see your project thrive.
More than a Builder, A Partner
The differences between non-profit project needs and commercial needs are significant—that’s why we become more than a builder, we become a partner.
We can provide direct support to a project by sponsoring events or contributing financially. We also aid in fundraising efforts and donor engagement, such as orchestrating hard-hat tours which support efforts to complete donor walls or walkways. For non-profit organizations we incorporate in-kind donation opportunities from the beginning of the subcontractor bidding process. Your success is our success, and we are here to help you get the funding you need for a successful project.
