The Tri-Lakes YMCA addition and renovation project is a 17,000 sq.ft. fitness and aquatics center directly adjacent to and sharing a lobby space with the Tri-Lakes Medical Office Building, uniquely becoming a total-health destination.

Nunn Construction updated the child watch area, interior and exterior finishes, renovated the existing offices and added onto the existing fitness area. The YMCA building and programs remained operational during construction. Serving many youth and senior citizens, Nunn Construction’s team ensured a safe and successful project for all involved.
