Otero Elementary School was a fast-track summer renovation for Harrison School District #2 consisting of mechanical, system and learning upgrades as well as new playground equipment and site improvements.
New lighting, refreshed paint and wall graphics as well as a new kitchen, updated bathrooms and a new learning commons brought this formerly dated school into a 21st century learning environment.
