The new 44,000 sq.ft. school and community campus provides an alternative to traditional high school and middle school education. The facility features smaller class sizes and a structured environment with integrated technology for distant learning programs. Construction included a new gymnasium, state-of-the-art culinary arts teaching kitchen, classrooms and multi-purpose spaces that are utilized by students, staff and the community.

The sustainable and energy efficient design of the new Welte Education Center includes natural day lighting in teaching spaces, high performance mechanical systems and recycled materials incorporated throughout the building.
