This 18,000 SF facility houses an 11,000 SF full service bus maintenance garage located on a 5.4 acre site. The building includes administrative offices, training facilities a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area.
Sustainable design features were incorporated throughout the design including; high ceilings and clearstory windows that provide natural lighting, high efficiency energy glass systems, sustainable flooring materials, light shelves, exterior sunshade canopies, high R value efficient conserving insulation, high efficiency gas fired rooftop units and construction waste recycling.
