Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Estimating, Architecture, other industry related degree, or 6 years applicable industry experience

2. A minimum of 4 years of applicable estimating or construction management experience

3. Candidate must have no more than 2 employers in 5 years and no more than 3 employers in 10 years.

4. Experience with commercial construction projects with project costs from 1 to 10 million minimum, 1 million to 40 million preferred.

5. Experience with managing design, estimating, and project management with CM/GC and Design/Build projects

6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Word/Excel)
   Yes: No:
7. Proficient with scheduling, estimating, and bid solicitation software or the ability to proficiently learn software systems (Timberline, iSqFt, PlanSwift)

8. Ability to consistently meet deadlines

9. Must be a resident of the United States
