A Case Study Video | Delivering Long Term Value Through an Integrative Approach

Working together through an integrated project delivery with the Owner, Architect, and Contractor creates a partnership that will improve the accuracy of your budget and project schedule. Choosing an integrated delivery method, such as CM/GC or Design-Build, you will receive Nunn Construction’s expertise in preconstruction, planning, coordinating and building.

Using Legacy Peak Elementary School and the Center for Modern Learning as a case study, the video above explains the benefits of an integrated approach, and the proven tools Nunn Construction provides to help Owners make informed decisions, factor life-cycle costs, and allocate budget resources to match the priorities of each unique project. Working together with our architect partner, we designed and built the 97,000 sq.ft. facility in just 17 months. Despite schedule and complexity challenges, Nunn delivered the project on time and within budget, allowing students to arrive for their first day of project based curriculum in the 21st Century learning environment.
