New construction of the Breckenridge Police Operations Facility including central processing, police dispatch center, holding cells, evidence storage, a full kitchen and breakroom, attached garage, covered parking spaces, administrative offices and public meeting rooms.
Sustainable Design Features were incorporated throughout the building including; skylight daylighting, high efficiency energy glass systems, sustainable flooring materials, high R value efficient conserving insulation, energy efficient equipment and conservation controls.
