This multiple use facility was the first certified LEED Silver building in Colorado Springs. The building provides offices for Building Department, County and City departments. This building hosts a mix of private and open office spaces, large conference rooms, meeting rooms as well as all support spaces needed by an office building. Sustainable building design was incorporated throughout including high efficiency glass systems, advanced lighting controls and efficient mechanical systems such as ice storage and condensing boilers.

Nunn Construction was sure to recycle and minimize all on-site construction waste throughout the duration of the project.
