Public library including state-of-the-art data communications systems, teen youth center, emergency communications center, public conference areas and administration offices.

The library utilizes heavy wood timbers, exposed wood ceilings and a sloped metal roof to match the local town architecture. The library utilizes an open floor plan and flexible spaces for the libraries evolving needs. The Woodland Park Library has become a community gathering space utilized by the citizens of Woodland Park.

Nunn provided preconstruction and construction services for the Rampart Library District for the both the Woodland Park Library and the Florissant Library concurrently as part of the same building program.
