Minimum Qualifications

Please indicate if you meet the following job requirements:

  1. Four (4) year construction related degree preferred and minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Superintendent on K-12 Schools, higher-ed, healthcare, municipal, advanced manufacturing/technology projects
  2. No more than 2 past employers in 5 years, or 3 past employers in 10 years
  3. Complete understanding of plans and specifications
  4. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and supervise a large group of people
  5. Extensive construction scheduling experience
  6. Must have prior project experience as Superintendent on jobs $3M+
  7. Must have good references from: previous clients & employer
  8. Must have prior experience as Foreman and/or Assistant Superintendent
  9. Must be a resident of the United States
