Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in security, access control, or administrative roles, preferably in a construction or industrial setting

Knowledge of security procedures and protocols

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using Office software including but not limited to Word and Excel for record-keeping and reporting

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry
