The new Integrated Healthcare Campus is a renovation to an existing three-story office building and the first certified community behavioral health clinic in rural Southwest Colorado. This Healthcare Campus will also provide primary medical care, dental services that includes 13 dental chairs that will expand the region’s access to non-profit dental services and will have an on-site pharmacy. They will be able to provide the community with cancer screenings, substance education/counseling and chronic disease management services. Having renovated the previous office building enabled AXIS Health System to consolidate multiple patient care centers into one location and serve at least 2,000 additional new patients.

With the opening of this facility, access will be expanded for high-quality and cost-effective care services for every population ensuring that they are able to treat everyone in the rural Southwest Colorado community, especially Latinx people, the LGBTQI+ community, veterans and their families and adults who need a higher-intensity substance use disorder treatment.
