NSCA is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to advancing the strength and conditioning profession around the world, and was in need of a new facility to support their mission. The Class A office building and new National Headquarters includes a 6,000 sq.ft. world class performance center designed specifically to train clients of all fitness levels. The NSCA Performance Center also features training and education areas, a reference library, offices and a two-story open atrium lobby.

The building is highly visible from Interstate 25 in southern Colorado Springs. The facility was designed and built to include many sustainable features such as skylights, high efficiency energy glass systems, sustainable flooring materials, light shelves, exterior sunshade canopies and high R-value insulation.
