Silver Key Senior Services has been providing vital services to seniors in the greater Colorado Springs area since 1971. Silver Key contracted with Nunn Construction to renovate an existing office space into a new 11,000 SF kitchen which services their Meals on Wheels and Golden Circle Nutrition Programs. The kitchen is complete with walk-in cooler & freezer, blast freezing equipment, multiple ovens, tilt kettles and exhaust hoods. Also included in the renovation is a dining area, offices, breakroom and restrooms.

The finishes include a resinous flooring to provide a tough, slip resistant work area for Silver Key’s employees and volunteers. The existing mechanical system has been upgraded with a new roof top unit, make up air unit and air curtains at exterior openings, as well as the new exhaust fans for the hoods.
